About Us

We are a small friendly club who welcomes anyone who wishes to try a rally with us, whether you have a caravan, motor home, trailer tent or tent. Our weekend rallies usually run from midday on a Thursday to Sunday afternoon, depending where the rally is and who is marshaling, you can arrive what day you wish. Holiday rallies are generally one or two weeks sometimes longer. If you would like to come on any of our rallies just contact the marshal and say you would like to attend, any relevant information will be given to you then, membership matters can be completed on the field. Membership currently at £15 for the year will commence when paid and run for twelve months from the joining date. Rallies and marshals can be found on the “Rallies” page of this website, alternatively contact any committee member, their contact numbers are also there under “Committee”.

As a club we support the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance, throughout the year we aim to generate funds to donate to this worthy cause. In  2015/16 the club gave a cheque to the value of £1300 to the Air Ambulance at there base  at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington, this was followed in 2016-17 with another cheque of £500. It is an ongoing charity for which the club is fully committed to helping.

We are members of ACCEO which is the Association of Caravan and Camping Exempted Organisations.

    Donington Park. Christmas Party Weekend.

Lovely weekend had at Donington Park Farmhouse Caravan Park. A very bitter weekend with a early Sunday morning snow flurry saw most vans stay an extra night or two, thanks to the Hotel for being very understanding regarding people not wanting to risk travelling on the dangerous roads.

Brilliant social Saturday evening organised by the committee, fun and games and a lovely buffet, with  music  by GR & BR.
